An informal conversation with BEEP empowers Golf Club to take great strides in becoming energy efficient.

Beamish Park Golf Club, situated in the beautiful Beamish Valley next to the famous museum, aims to be one of the first most sustainable golf club in the region.

BEEP has worked closely with the golf club over the past few years and have supported the club’s direction in becoming energy efficient and sustainable.

The club now has replaced their ageing gas guzzling buggies with a brand-new fleet of twelve electric buggies, installed solar panels and replaced the old halogen lighting across their buildings with brighter, energy efficient LED’s.

We caught up with Trevor Robson, Beamish Park Club member of 38 years who shared his experience with us. Watch the video to find out more around the great work the club has achieved with support and advice from BEEP.
